Learn how to sustain Continual Improvement (CI) /Lean principles by training the supervisors/managers of the areas on elements of team facilitation, motivation, and meeting goals. The training will focus on the "leading and sustainment" of improvement projects, to help give you a better understanding of maintaining the improvements made through teams.
