Flux Core Arc Welding (FCAW)

This course provides instruction and demonstration with the flux core arc welding process to produce groove and fillet welds in all positions, according to applicable welding codes. Topics include safe operating practices, equipment identifica- tion, equipment set-up, correct selection of filler metals, cur- rent/ polarity, shielding gas and base metals.
