Clinical Rotation

This course provides entry level histotechnician clinical expe- rience in an approved histology laboratory. Emphasis is placed on learning and performing routine laboratory operations and the production of a microscopic slide for diagnosis. Upon com- pletion, the student should be able to demonstrate proficiency in histologic techniques and be prepared to take the HT certi- fication exam.
