Construction Management

The purpose of this course is to introduce the student to the principles and practices used in managing the various aspects of the construction process. Emphasis will be placed on perti- to nent business procedures. Upon completion of this course, the student will know how to organize, bid, purchase, account for, plan, and schedule a construction job.
