Reciprocating Engines and Theory

This course provides an overview of the theory, in construction, and operation of aircraft reciprocating engines and the physical laws and characteristics governing propeller operation. Emphasis is placed on gaining a basic understanding of reciprocating engines full- and of fixed and variable pitch propellers.
