Building and Zoning Code

AET 101S or CMT 102 Students learn from the basic principles of building and zon- ing codes. The course includes the study of fire and life safety design and construction requirements and zoning regulations. Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to ap- ply building code and requirements in planning and designing buildings.
